Requirements

​

  • Each company must have a minimum of ONE (1) resident director above 18 years of age, being a natural person with his/her principal place of residence in Malaysia.

​​

  • Foreigners’, corporate or individual can set up companies in Malaysia with 100 %  foreign ownership.

​​

  • A company must appoint at least ONE (1) Company Secretary, within 30 days from the date of incorporation.

Process

 

  • We need your proposed name(s) for your new company and we will conduct the name search with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) or SSM (in Malay language) to ascertain the availability of the name.

 

  • Normally, the results of the name search would be known within 2 hours.

 

  • Upon name search approval, submission for company registration will be done online, if the information is in order for SSM, the Notice of Registration will be ready within 1 day.

 

  • The whole process of company registration in Malaysia generally takes 3 working days.

Fees - Company Registration
 

Our professional fee for Sdn Bhd Company registration is RM3,000, which includes comprehensive incorporation services and assistance with opening your Company’s first bank account (applicable for Malaysian authorised signatories).


For foreign authorised signatories, additional fees may apply for bank account opening assistance due to the more extensive documentation and compliance procedures required by Malaysian banks.
